Terms of Service

Draft — not yet legally reviewed. This document describes how the platform actually behaves, but has not been approved by counsel against the Nigeria Data Protection Act. It must not be relied on, and must be signed off before launch.

These terms are the agreement between you and Cemmey Enterprises, which operates Elite Circle. By creating an account you accept them.

Who can use Elite Circle

  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • You must be legally able to enter a contract.
  • You must not have been previously removed from the platform, and must not be required to register as a sex offender in any jurisdiction.
  • One account per person.

Your account

You are responsible for what happens on your account. Keep your sign-in details to yourself, and tell us promptly if you think someone else has access.

Everything on your profile must be true and must be you. Photographs must show you, be current, and not be of anyone else.

What you may not do

  • Harass, threaten, impersonate, or stalk anyone.
  • Post nudity, sexually explicit material, or content involving minors in any context.
  • Solicit money, advertise, recruit, or promote anything commercial.
  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose, including trafficking or sex work.
  • Scrape, reverse-engineer, or automate access to the service.
  • Share another member's photographs, messages or personal details outside the app.

We remove content and accounts that breach these rules. Serious breaches are permanent and may be reported to law enforcement.

Subscriptions and purchases

  • Premium subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel any time through the store you bought them from — Google Play or the App Store — or through the web billing page if you subscribed there.
  • Cancelling stops the next renewal. It does not shorten the period you have already paid for.
  • Elite Coins are a prepaid platform credit. They can be spent on Boosts, Super Likes and gifts, and are not redeemable for cash, transferable between accounts, or refundable once spent.
  • Purchases made inside the app are handled by Apple or Google, and their refund policies apply. Purchases made on the web are handled by our payment provider.
  • Prices may change; we will tell you before a change affects a renewal.

Meeting people

We verify photographs and review reports, but we do not run criminal background checks and we cannot vouch for anyone. You are meeting strangers. Read the safety guidance, meet in public, tell someone where you are going, and use the Safety Centre to share your plans.

Content you post

You keep ownership of your photographs and text. You grant us a licence to host, display and distribute them for the purpose of operating the service — no wider than that. The licence ends when you delete the content, except for copies retained in backups or in safety records as described in the Privacy Policy.

Ending the agreement

You may delete your account at any time, from Settings in the app. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, and we will tell you why and how to appeal — unless doing so would compromise a safety investigation or breach the law.

Liability

Elite Circle is provided as-is. To the fullest extent the law permits, we are not liable for the conduct of other members, whether online or in person. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of its courts.

Changes

We will give notice in the app before material changes take effect. Continuing to use Elite Circle after that means you accept them.
